We are pleased to announce our new international collaborative research project:
“AI-Driven Multimodal Screening for Early Alzheimer’s Disease: Enhancing Disability-Inclusive Diagnostic Pathways”
Supported by the King Salman Center for Disability Research, Saudi Arabia (2026–Present).
This project focuses on developing advanced AI-driven approaches for the early screening and diagnostic support of Alzheimer’s disease through multimodal data integration, including clinical data, cognitive assessments, patient-caregiver narratives, NLP, and large language models (LLMs). The research aims to enhance disability-inclusive healthcare pathways and support earlier, more accurate diagnosis of dementia-related conditions.
The project brings together an international interdisciplinary team working on AI, health informatics, and disability-inclusive healthcare research.
